Problem: Users will experience frustration if they are informed about features they are unable to find, because those are not included in the version of the system they have purchased or have access to. Some systems even view the feature with a message informing the users that they do not have the license to use it

Solution: Include a clear indication of which features the current user has access to, as opposed to which are not included. On a page where the user can see a “missing” feature, create a link enabling the user able to easily obtain access to it
